Some people see it coming, some people don't. Some it may be a sudden accident, some is due to a prolonged sickness that finally gave way.
I've attended a friend's mother's funeral lately. Although I've only known her less than 3 months, and seeing her for only twice, but still there's sadness in my heart. Feelings which I could not not explain.
That's an advantage of being a Christian. Knowing that she is safe in the hand of God, and that she is in a better place now. Earth is just a temporary place, but heaven is eternal.
I'll miss you, aunty Jessica. And the Korean lunch date that has yet to happen. I hope to see you again some day, where we will have heavenly Korean food.
I know you have rest in peace.
