Tomboy discrimination?

Came across this while reading job vacancies :

"Male preferred or tomboy-like girls,

as there will be logistics and carrying heavy stuffs occasionally."

Errrr... Excuse me, can you please define tomboy? And who says girly-like girls can't do logistics and carry heavy stuffs?! Or put it this way, does that mean that girls who can do logistics and carry heavy stuffs are tomboy-like girls?

Something to ponder about. Interesting.
