TWO-ZERO-ONE-ZERO

The 10th day of this new year 2011, and my first blog entry for year 2011! :)

2010 was pretty awesome, with ups and downs, changes and adjustments. I can't believe I have gone through so much when I listed them down. I share with you all, ok? Here goes:

1. My last semester in university.
2. Willie decided to explore the world by moving to KL.
3. Leave KK for KL. :(
4. Did my practical as Intern Counselor in Hospital Kajang for 12 weeks. Had a super great supervisor named Engelina Daniel!
5. Willie started working in this small company which supplies jet fuel oil.
6. Practical ended and I started my first job as HR Assistant in Secret Recipe HQ, doing mainly payroll.
7. “Why am I doing payroll? It’s totally not related to what I studied!”
8. So inconvenient to not have a car in KL. So Willie bought a white kancil!
9. Felt stuck and uncomfortable going to church. Thought maybe we should change church, thus went visiting around.
10. Willie don’t like his job, and decided to look for a new job.
11. October! Means going back to KK for graduation! Yays!
12. Managed to sell off the kancil in KK for a good price.
13. In KK for 10 days. Cried hard before boarding the plane to KL.
14. Willie got a job offer as a teacher in a private school near my house! Thus, he moved to the apartment just 3 minutes walk from my house. Pretty cool eh?
15. Decided to join City Harvest Church. Felt that it’s a good church for us to grow, learn and serve.
16. Joined my cousin’s cell. Settled down and had lots of fun!
17. Both of us decided that Willie should change his name. So there, his name is now WILL!
18. School holiday came, and Will has no work because he was considered temporary. But God is good! He gave Will tuition business through my dad’s recommendation.
19. I became to get sick of doing payroll. Not my cup of tea. Not satisfied with the pay either.
20. God’s blessings continued on. Will got offered to be the manager of a particular tuition center with really good pay. Better than mine ok! ><
21. I handed in my resignation letter on Christmas Eve. I also received a birthday present from my colleagues, and lunch treat at Nando’s as well.
22. It’s Christmas! I’m 23! My cell leader, George bought a cake for me. So nice…
23. Will and I are together for 32 months already!
24. Malaysia’s football team won the match, and got us all a holiday on the last day of the year. Yay!

This should summarize the whole of 2010 for me. As for 2011? I think the best is yet to come! :D
