So upset and pissed off. It was supposed to be a small matter. Some people just want drama, and thus make it big. Bla bla bla...
You said we are all the same, whether one is playing a big part and another is just playing a tiny part. But yet, everytime issue arises, the small one is always to blame and the big ones always get covered. You said to have disclipline. Ok, I am fine with that. But I am not fine when the big ones don't get lecture when it's clearly their wrongs or when they are not disclipined.
Why is it that we always have to understand the big ones, and not vice-versa? What's wrong of having mutual respect and understanding among each other? We all are busy people, but we tried to give our best. Why is it that you always have to fight and defend for the big ones when they didn't do their job well? As a result, we get lectures from them because according to them, we did not prepare well. And how are we going to do well when it's all so last minute?!
And the worst part is, the excuse given is always the same. So what now, only the big ones are busy people and we are not?!!! They can lecture us and show face to us, but we can't? So how is this same???
Action speaks louder than words. I'm sorry if I'm being harsh, but I can't keep all these anymore. Just wanted to rant it all out, that's all. Thanks for reading though. Bye.
