I remember, when I first had her, she was only the size of my palm. She was so adorable. My then roommate, Jilnah caught gui gui from the paddy field in her kampung for me because I requested for one. That was January 2008.
It's almost two years now. And I decided to let gui gui go. Sooner or later she needs to be set free. Therefore, dar dar and I took her to the park at Bukit Padang, and put her in the lake where there are other tortoises around too. I hope gui gui find friends there, find someone to mate and have tiny baby gui gui.
I believe God would look after her, do you?
